Till I Get it Right #Task1 : Getting A 6-Pack abs Day 0
This is a 90 day efforts which will try to achieve as the first task of our list
Have you ever been rejected by a girl for the first time? That too at the age of 32?? you might say WTF at 32!! Yes, this is my journey. There were two possibilities in front of me either get disheartened or put your ass up and upgrade to the best version of yourself. I would like to share with you guys how a rejection can turn you into a rebel which will help you in attaining whatever you want. The first thing I did was to create a wish list which listed down all the activities that i need to do in the next one year. The first item in the list was getting a 6 pack abs
Today is Nov 23rd 2022, day 0 of our routine where you finally get prepared to begin a 90 day journey toward the task of getting that solid 6 pack abs. I was always a lean guys throughout my life with the body fat percentage ranging from 12-15%. This gave me confidence that i just need to shred the layer of fat which i assume would not be that thick, to get those biscuits pop out from the belly. I knew this wasn't an easy task since i have read that getting from 20-25% to 12-15% of body fat is comparatively easier than to drop from 15 to a single digit. I will need to have a very strong check on my diet else we weren't going anywhere at the 90th day.
